Anne S. Hansley

Anne Shepard Hansley, 82, of Kittrell, NC, passed away Thursday, February 22, 2024, at her home.

Born in Onslow County, she was the daughter of the late Mack William Shepard and Lillian Parker Shepard. She was the widow of Billy Perry Hansley Sr.

She was a member of West Durham Pentecostal Holiness Church, where she was a member of the Women's Auxiliary.

Graveside funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at 12:00 noon at Carolina Memorial Gardens in Creedmoor, conducted by the Rev. David Stahl.

She is survived by four daughters; Brenda Hansley Woodby (Tommy), DeeDee Hansley, Lori Hansley Hartz (Ken), Kim Hansley, one son; Perry Hansley Jr. (Pam), seven grandchildren; Jennifer Edwards, Sherri Yevette Herring, Christina Hansley Dobos, Lee George, Katie Jordan Gray, Hansley Osborn and Halley Osborn, seven great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, two sisters; Doris Hobbs, Linda Boyd (Jimmy) and one brother; Mack Junior Shepard (Cheri). She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, one sister; Deannie Daughtery, two brothers; William Shepard, Harold Shepard and one grandson; Patrick Tim George.

The family will receive friends at all other times at the home of Brenda and Tommy Woodby.
