Betty A Wilson

Betty Adcock Wilson 85, of Creedmoor, NC passed away Wednesday, August 23, 2023, after an extended battle with Alzheimer's.

Born in Granville County, she was the daughter of the late Arthur L Adcock and Cora Mangum Adcock. She was the widow of Bernice Wilson.

A funeral service will be held Tuesday, August 29, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at Sossamon Funeral Home Chapel in Creedmoor. Conducted by the Rev. Eric Mann. Entombment will follow at Carolina Memorial Gardens.

Survivors include one daughter, Kimrey L Edwards; one sister, Linda Cox; and several nieces, nephews and extended family. In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Joyce Sumners, Wilma Busby and Marilyn Million; one brother, Torrance Adcock; one granddaughter, Kristin Edwards; and one grandson, Branden Edwards.

The family will receive friends at Sossamon Funeral Home of Creedmoor on Tuesday from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m.
