Catherine B Wilson

Catherine Burroughs Wilson, 80, of Henderson, NC, passed away Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at Duke Regional Hospital.

Born in Vance County, she was the daughter of the late John Burroughs and Evelyn Cawthorne Burroughs.

She attended Herman United Methodist Church.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, April 27, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Burroughs Family Cemetery located on Matthews Rd in Henderson, NC. Conducted by the Rev. Frank Sossamon. The family will receive friends at the home immediately following the service.

Survivors include her husband of sixty years, Edward Bryant Wilson; two sons, Michael B. Wilson (Rebecca) and Chris Wilson; two grandchildren, Savannah Wilson and Luke Wilson; as well as several extended family members. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Ann Overton and Mary Crews.
