Charles G. Fuller

Charles "Chuck" Green Fuller, 83, of Manson, NC died Friday, January 28, 2022 at Maria Parham Health.

Born in Franklin County, he was the son of the late Austin Green Fuller and Mary Washington Sturgess Fuller.

Chuck was a University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill alumnus and a member of Mount Auburn United Church of Christ. Chuck was the consummate entrepreneur: optimistic, driven and with a desire to help people. His path to success took many twists and turns which culminated in his true calling: the jewelry industry. Excelling in wholesale and retail, he was most passionate about diamonds. Even in retirement, he continued to help couples find the stones of their dreams. Chuck also volunteered his time doing work at prisons, bringing bible study. Chuck loved his church and the fellowship he found there. Chuck loved life and grabbed on with both hands! He was a singular personality and anyone who met him felt his intensity. Whatever he did, he did with passion and commitment: setting an example for us to follow.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Survivors include his wife, Tracy Paulson Twisdale Fuller; one daughter, Julie Fuller Behm (Michael); two granddaughters, Savannah Rachel Behm and Sydney Rene Behm, two nieces, Kim Flowers Joyner (John) and Karin Flowers; two nephews, Cooper Gaines and Sean Gallagher (Mary); many cousins, countless friends and business partners; and his beloved beagle Blossom who guided him to his last love Tracy. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Zoe Edith Fuller Gallagher and Annette Fuller Flowers (Hugh).
