Charlotte Ann Allen Draper, 72, of Oxford passed away Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at Hock Family Pavilion in Durham.
Born in Cabarrus County on January 27, 1952, she was the daughter of the late James Edward Allen and Ruby Lee Hampton.

Survivors include one sister, Kim Dunn (Danny); two nieces, Kelly Snickles (Chris) and Crystal Dunn; one nephew, James "Jamey" Vaughan (Melissa); two great nieces, Jaliah Snickles and Kennedy Villines and two great nephews, Nathan Snickles and Colton Vaughan. Other than her parents she was proceeded in death by her husband of thirty-three years, Donald Wayne Draper.
