Clara M. Filyaw

Clara Maxine Massey Filyaw, 73, of Henderson, NC, passed away Saturday, March 26, 2022, at Maria Parham Health.

Born in Madison County, NC, she was the daughter of the late Clifford Darrel Massey, and Ruth Freeman Massey.

Surviving are her husband, William Ruffin Filyaw; two sons, William "Jamie" Filyaw, and Jacob Filyaw; and one brother Daryll Massey.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, March 31, 2022, at 2:00 p.m., at Joy in the Lord Baptist Church, conducted by the Rev. L.T. Harris.

The family will receive friends Thursday, March 31, 2022, at Joy in the Lord Baptist Church, from 1-2:00 p.m.
