Clayton Eugene Shaver, 77, of Henderson passed away Monday, February 17, 2025, at Maria Parham Health.
Born in Winston Salem, NC, he was the son of the late Harold Eugene Shaver and Iris Collins.
Clay loved his wife and family. His great granddaughter, Hannah "Bell" was the apple of his eye. He was a member of Victory Baptist Church. Clay retired from Sears after more than twenty-five years of service.
Survivors include his wife of eight years, Elizabeth Greenway Shaver; three daughters, Christie "Tigger" Shaver, Tammy O'Neal (Scott) and AJ Greenway (Megan); three grandsons, Michael Wright, Zack Tharrington (Lauren) and Luke Irvine; one granddaughter, Jessica Driscoll (Kevin); four great grandchildren, Isaiah, Ezra, Hannah "Bell" and Christine Tharrington and one brother, Tom Shaver of Winston Salem.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
