Danny Lynn Riggan

Danny Lynn Riggan, 61, of Henderson, NC passed away Wednesday, August 16, 2023 at his home.

Born in Charlottesville, VA, he was the son of the late David Hinton Riggan and Merita Tucker Riggan.

Funeral services will be held Monday, August 21, 2023 at Sossamon Funeral Home Chapel of Henderson, conducted by Dr. Gene Wood. Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery of Henderson.

Surviving is one daughter, Pamela Riggan; one son, Anthony Riggan; three brothers, Rick Riggan (Wanda), Dean Riggan (Paula), Joe Riggan (Christine), two grandchildren, Collin Harris and Calysta Riggan along with many nieces, nephews and extended family. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother.

Serving as pallbearers are Joe Johnson, Gary Cashe, Donald Page, Kaine Riggan, Alton "A.D." Shepard and Tyler Kittrell.

The family will receive friends Monday, from 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m., at Sossamon Funeral Home of Henderson.
