Deborah D. Brummitt

Deborah Dickerson Brummitt,70, of Henderson, NC died Thursday, April 13, 2023, at Maria Parham Health.

Born in Vance County, she was the daughter of the late Lewis Cruse Dickerson and Cora Hamlett Dickerson. She was the widow of Terry Brummitt.

She was a member of West End Baptist Church where she was a member of the Ladies Sunday School Class.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 22, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at Sossamon Funeral Home Chapel of Henderson, conducted by Rev. Johnny Yount.  A private inurnment will follow.

Surviving is one daughter, Amy B. Gupton (Brandon); a sister, Mary D. Owen (Clyde), a brother, William Lewis Dickerson; and two grandchildren, Lora Rose Brummitt and Liam Cruse Gupton.
