Deborah Matlock Delgado, 65, of Oxford, NC passed away Monday, December 9, 2024, at Duke Regional Hospital.
Born in Fayette County, IN on July 25, 1959, she was the daughter of the late Jess Willard Matlock and Vera Vondell.
Funeral services will be held Monday, December 16, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. at Sossamon Funeral Home Chapel of Creedmoor. Entombment will follow at Carolina Memorial Gardens.
Survivors include her husband of forty-two years, Salvador Delgado Vera; one son, Agustin Delgado and wife Leigh Ann; one daughter, Marie Delgado; seven grandchildren, Sebastian, Salvador Delgado Jr., Simon E. Delgado, Cecilia R. Delgado, Selena, Gabby and Aniyah Jean Lewis; one sister, Ronda Horn and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Sandra Horn and Sharon McFall.
The family will receive friends Monday, December 16, 2024, from 11:00 to 12:00 p.m. at Sossamon Funeral Home of Creedmoor.
Serving as pallbearers are Agustin Delgado, Salvador Delgado Jr., Simon Delgado, Felipe Delara, Luis Martinez and Richard Domnick.
