Donald Edd Tilley, 79, of Stem passed away Monday, January 22, 2024, in Galax, VA.
Born in Durham County, he was the son of the late Edgar Davis Tilley and Estelle Cozart.
Graveside services will be held Friday, January 26, 2024, at Carolina Memorial Gardens at 11:00 a.m.
Survivors include his wife Sandra L. Tilley; one son, Wayne Tilley (Lisa); one granddaughter, Lindsey T. Blackwell (Lee); one great granddaughter, Whitley Grey Blackwell; four stepchildren, Sandra Buckner-Crisp (Michael), Kelly McIntyre (Mark), Teresa Kernochan (Shawn) and Thomas Bengle and several step grandchildren and great grandchildren. Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Vernon Neal Tilley; one sister, Alicia Tilley Tunstall and his first wife, Peggy Wheeler Tilley.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Medi Home Health and Hospice, 319 N Washington Ave., Pulaski, VA 24301.
