Doris Faye Smith, 79, of Henderson passed away Sunday, May 4, 2025, at her home.
Born on November 14, 1945, in Covington County, AL, she was the daughter of the late Lonnie Smith and Snowie Malloy.
A graveside service will be held Thursday, May 15, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Sunset Gardens. Conducted by Dr. Gene Wood.
Survivors include one son, Christopher Backburn; four grandchildren, Joshua Blackburn, Mya Blackburn (Jordan), Jesse Blackburn and Dalton Blackburn and her daughter-in-law, Stephanie Combs. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Blackburn and two sons, Eric Blackburn and Michael Blackburn.
