Dorothy P. Ayscue

Dorothy Pendergrass Ayscue, 88, of Henderson, NC passed away on Friday, November 14, 2025, at Kerr Lake Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Born in Nash County, she was the daughter of the late Monie Lee Pendergrass and Pearl Leigh Dickerson Pendergrass. She was the widow of Raymond Joseph Ayscue.

Surviving is one daughter, Teresa Ayscue Barker; two grandchildren Joey Renn, and Robert Davis (Britney); and seven great-grandchildren, Joey Renn Jr., Gage Renn, Austin Davis, Brooklynn Davis, Hayden Davis, Agusta Davis, and a brand new great-grandchild.

The family will hold memorial services at a later date.
