Ferebee Satterwhite Roberson, 91, of Henderson, NC died Saturday, December 30,2023, at a local nursing home.
Born in Vance County, she was the daughter of the late Fred Phillip Satterwhite and Sallie Jenkins Satterwhite House.  She was the widow of Sandy Sam Roberson.
She was a homemaker and a member of Freedom Life Church of God.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., at the Sossamon Funeral Home Chapel of Henderson, conducted by the Rev. Jeff Prewer and the Rev. Jake Roberson.  Burial will follow in Sunset Gardens.
Surviving are two sons, Talton P. Roberson (Susan) and Samuel Dale Roberson; one brother, Jimmy Satterwhite; five grandchildren, Talton Roberson II, Austin Roberson, Tiffany Ayscue, Samantha Roberson and Adam Roberson; seven great-grandchildren and one, great- great grandchild.  Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Matthew Roberson and a brother, Talton "Buck" Satterwhite.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, from 1:00-2:00 p.m. at Sossamon Funeral Home.  All the other times, they will be at the home of Talton and Susan Roberson.
Serving as pall bearers will be James Ayscue, Preston Ayscue, Braedon Pendergrass, Joe Pendergrass, Cole Smith and Tommy Blanks,
