George W. White

George Wayne White, 84, of Henderson, NC, passed away Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at Duke University Hospital.

Born in Richmond, VA, he was the son of the late Eugene F. White and Ida E. Turner White. He was the widower of Lois White.

No services are planned at this time.

Survivors include one son, Michael T. White (Tracie); two daughters, Jeanette Pedraza and Catherine Tillison; one grandson, Payton White; as well as other extended family members. In addition to his parents and his wife, he was preceded in death by one grandson, Tony Pedraza.
