Gerald Murray

Gerald Murray passed away peacefully on October 17th, 2023, at the age of 79. He is survived by two daughters, Jody Cherniak and Julie Cozzie, a son-in-law, David Cozzie, and five grandchildren: Nick Grissom and wife Julie Grissom, Alexander Cozzie, Heather Cozzie, Tyler Cozzie and Erin Cozzie and also one great-granddaughter, Amelia Grissom. He is also survived by his sister, Anita Torrence and her husband, Larry Torrence and numerous nieces and nephews as well as his partner, Patricia Magdanz. He enjoyed his last days at home with his partner, Patricia, and close friends and family.

We invite anyone who knew him, to celebrate a life well lived, at the City Tavern in Creedmoor, North Carolina, on Saturday, November 25th 2023 from 4pm to 6pm. We ask attendees to honor him by wearing camouflage or hunting clothes if possible. We will laugh and reflect on good times.
