Harry Davis
Cash
May 14, 1948 — Sep 10, 2026
Oxford
Harry Davis Cash, a beloved father, Papa, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away on September 10, 2026. Harry was born in Oxford on May 14, 1948, to the late John Edward Cash and Virgie Tuck.
Harry was a man who loved his family deeply and took great pride in the people he loved. He was a devoted father and Papa, and some of his greatest joys came from spending time with his family and creating memories that will be treasured for generations.
Harry dedicated many years of his life to the convenience store business, a career he took great pride in. Through his work, he met countless people and formed relationships that became so much more than professional connections. The friendships he created throughout his career were among the most cherished parts of his life, and many of those relationships continued long after the workday ended. He will be remembered not only for his dedication and hard work, but for the genuine friendships and lasting impressions he made along the way.
In addition to his parents, Harry was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Evelene Tarry Cash, six sisters; and two brothers.
He leaves behind one daughter, Catherine Doolittle (Eric), one son, John Cash (Morgan), four grandchildren, Jordan Doolittle, Devin Doolittle, Matthew Cash, and Sophie Lee Cash, one sister, Anna Cash Harmon, nieces, nephews, many extended family members and cherished friends who will forever hold his memory in their hearts.
Harry’s legacy will live on through the family he loved, the friendships he built, and the many lives he touched throughout his lifetime. He will be deeply missed, but the love he gave and the memories he created will remain forever.
A private memorial will be held with immediate family at a later date.
