Howard Davis Foster, 76, of Durham passed away Saturday, February 10,2024 at Granville
Health System in Oxford.
Howard was born in Wake County on November 14, 1947, to the late Harry Tidmarsch
Foster and Hazel Adele Liptak Foster.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Survivors include one sister, Janis Foster Thomas; two nephews, Bryan Thomas and Erik
Thomas and numerous friends and extended family.
