James "Jimmy

James "Jimmy" Thomas Ramsey Jr., 63, of Oxford passed away Monday, October 7, 2024, at his home.

Born in Granville County on September 15, 1961, he was the son of the late James Thomas Ramsey Sr. and Linda Riley Morris.

Memorial services will be held Thursday, October 17, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. at Sossamon Funeral Home Chapel of Oxford.

Survivors include one daughter, Ashleigh Ramsey (Johnathan Blevins); three grandchildren, Adilynn Blevins, Jayde Blevins and Lucious Blevins; three sisters, Tammy Simpson (Aaron), Jo Ann Carreto (Gerardo) and Amy Dickerson and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
