Jerrell Clovis Wright, 69, of Creedmoor, NC passed away Saturday, September 27, 2025.

Born in Bibb County, Georgia, he was the son of Brenda Jean Wright, and the late Ivy Lee Wright Sr.

Surviving are his wife, Shari-Lynne Wright of 31 years; his mother, Brenda Jean Wright; two daughters, Mary-Elizabeth Neisler (Nick Neisler), and Anna-Marie Wright (Cody Haas); one brother, Ivy Lee Wright Jr.; three nephews, Donnie Wright, Dalton Wright, and Logan Wright and many other nieces and nephews; three sister-in-laws, Charlene Minor (Jimmy), Nikki Elaine McPhereson (Mark), and Latasha Ashley; and his three dogs that were the love of his life, Kendall Renee, Buster Brown, and CJ.

Jerrell loved his Atlanta Braves, and hanging out with his family.

"Please Lord, let him watch Me TV and old westerns, and listen to old country music. Those were some of the things he loved."

The family will be holding a celebration of life service at their home in Creedmoor, NC on Saturday, October 4, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. The family has requested those planning to attend, where possible, to wear something with the Atlanta Braves on it. They also ask to bring a covered dish if you would like to do so.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, (Donate to American Cancer Society) .
