Jewel W Drye

Jewel Wilson Drye 87, of Oxford, NC, passed away Monday, July 21, 2025, at Granville Health System.

Born in Durham County, she was the daughter of the late Kermit Dewey Wilson and Gladys Virginia Jones Wilson. She was the widow of Dan Drye.

A funeral service will be held Friday, July 25, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Mt. Bethel United Methodist Church. Officiated by Kristin Jeffreys. The family will receive friends in the fellowship hall immediately following the service.

Survivors include one son, Jeff Dry; four grandchildren, Chandler Dry, Jakob Dry, Carsyn Dry and Lydia Eanes; and two great grandchildren, Reagan Eanes and Sawyer Eanes. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one son, Danny Drye; and one sister, Joyce Watkins.
