John Eugene Printz was a resident of Youngsville, NC and was 75 years of age at the time of his passing at Oxford Health & Rehabilitation Center on Dec. 18, 2025.

John was born in Frederick, MD on May 23, 1950 to his parents James and Goldie Printz. He was the younger brother to his sisters Betty Turney and Josephine Miller.

John leaves behind his wife of 56 years, Kyomi Printz and two children, Lenny Printz and Lena Taylor. He absolutely loved being a grandfather to his three grandchildren: Skylar and Boston Printz and Kaden Taylor.

A 20-year Army veteran, he met his wife while stationed in Okinawa, Japan and it was love at first sight. Not being a 'typical young GI' his future father and mother-in-law saw his respect and kindness and embraced him right away. John was loved by all and known for his sense of humor and was the master of 'dad jokes' that kept his family and friends' eyes rolling! He loved scuba diving, animals and photography.
He learned about Jehovah God and was baptized as a Jehovah's Witness in 1990. He enjoyed sharing his hope with others and has been doing so up until his passing.

Memorial service for John Printz will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2026 at 1:30 at the following address:
