Jonathan S. Castorela

Jonathan Saul Castorela,40, of Henderson, NC died Thursday, March 3, 2022.

Born in Nash County, he was the son of the late Saul Castorela and Emily Frazier Castorela.

Mr. Castorela was a U.S. Navy Veteran.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, March 10, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at Sossamon Funeral Home Chapel, conducted by the Rev. Frank Sossamon.

Surviving is one daughter, Alejandra Castorela, one son, Jonathan Castorela Jr.; two sisters, Melissa Galindo and Anna Waite (Sean) and his grandmother, Gretha Gill, along with aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother.

The family will receive friends Thursday, from 1:00-2:00 p.m. at Sossamon Funeral Home.
