Larry Thomas Tingen

Larry Thomas Tingen, 70, of Oxford, NC, passed away Saturday, February 17, 2024, at Universal Healthcare in Oxford.

Born in Granville County, NC, he was the son of the late Perry Melvin Tingen and Novella Faulk Tingen. He was married to Priscilla Ann Adcock Tingen.

Larry was a hard worker who farmed his entire life.

A funeral service will be held Tuesday, February 20, 2024, 11:00 a.m. at Marrows Chapel Church conducted by the Rev. Johnny Yount. Interment will follow at Marrows Chapel Church Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, one brother; Douglas K. Tingen (Brenda), two daughters; Shannon Collier, Stephanie Tingen, three sons; Rodney Tingen (Destina), Michael Tingen, Adam Tingen. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by, three sisters; Pamela K. Setzer of Stovall, Janice T. Constanino of Oxford, Geri T. Justice of Kentucky, two brothers, Melvin Earl Tingen of Oxford, Milton Clyde Tingen of Winnabow.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, February 20, 2024, from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. at Marrows Chapel Church Fellowship Hall.

Pallbearers are Jose Gonzalez, Jordan Collier, Patrick Dickerson, Mike Tingen, Jason Tingen and Joe Taylor.
