Lecter L Lester

Lecter Ann Leonard Lester 71, of Henderson, NC, passed away Thursday, April 10, 2025, at Maria Parham Health.

Born in Nash County, she was the daughter of the late George Washington Leonard and Annie Lancaster Leonard.

She was a long-time member of Crossroads Pentecostal Holiness Church where she was the Children's Sunday School Teacher for many years.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 19, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Crossroads Pentecostal Holiness Church. Conducted by the Rev. Vernon Potter.

Survivors include her husband of fifty-three years, Robert Eugene Lester; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family members. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Ronda Leonard.

The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m., at other times they will be at the home.
