Lucretia Yvonne Leonard Williamson

Lucretia Yvonne Leonard Williamson, 81, of Henderson, NC died Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at Maria Parham Health.

Born in Vance County, she was the daughter of the late Reverend John Samuel Leonard and Lillian Rivers Marks Leonard.

Ms. Williamson worked at Harriet Cotton Mill located in Henderson and was a member of Grace Ministries along with the Church of God.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, January 7, 2023 at Elmwood Cemetery in Henderson at 11 a.m. conducted by the Rev. Ken Jones.

Surviving is a daughter Dana Elliot, three sons,  Richard Oliver (Kim), Terry Oliver, and John Thomas Williamson two sisters, Mary Hamman, Jo Ann Jones (Ken), two brothers, Gary Leonard and Aaron Leonard along with five grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband Jessie Williamson; she was preceded in death by three brothers; Gerald Leonard, John Ronald Leonard and Frank Leonard; and two sisters, Christine Duke and  Rosa Mae Leonard.

The family will receive friends all other times at their home.
