Margaret W Neville

Margaret "Faye" Whitfield Neville, 85, of Henderson, NC died Thursday, September 15, 2022 at Maria Parham Hospital.

Born in Durham County, she was the daughter of Carl and Olivia Whitfield. Faye was a member of Island Creek Baptist Church, and was involved in volunteer work through several local organizations. Faye was a beloved mother and grandmother. She also was an avid gardener, loved to travel the world and had a passion for animals.

A celebration of life will be held Sunday, September 25, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at Island Creek Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Johnny Yount.

Surviving is her daughter, Marcie Fuson; her grandson John Robert Davis II, a Navy veteran and his wife, Taylor; her beloved dog (Chloe),

and her beloved cat (Miss Kitty). Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Neville who was a Coast Guard veteran; and one brother, Carl Dean Whitfield Jr. who proudly served in the Navy and died in WWII.

Flowers are accepted at Island Creek Baptist Church the day of the celebration or memorials can be made to Ruin Creek Animal Protection Society at 165 US Hwy 158 Bypass Henderson, NC 27537.
