Many weekends were spent at Kerr Lake where the family enjoyed boating, skiing and fishing. Our mom loved to fish, and she was the best in the family.
Mary enjoyed many hobbies and sports during her life. She played basketball growing up and was an MVP on her high school basketball team. She loved to watch ACC sports and pulled for Duke most often. Her passion was playing cards, especially Bridge. She was a well-known player in many different bridge clubs throughout her life where she acquired many friends.
