Michael Bruce Baumgardner, 74, of Oxford passed away Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at Duke Regional Hospital.
Born in Cabell, County, West Virginia, on July 25, 1951, he was the son of the late Claude Franklin Baumgardner and Dorothy Ann Hatfield.
Michael was a member of New Life Methodist Church in Midlothian, VA.
Memorial services will be held Friday, September 12, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Peace's Chapel Church. Rev. Cam Ford will officiate.
Survivors include his wife of fifty-three years, Martha "Jane" Boyd Baumgardner; one son, Jon Michael Baumgardner (Kristi); two grandsons, James M. Baumgardner and Benton R. Baumgardner; two sisters, Claudia Jackson and Joi Baumgardner and one niece, Lauren Jackson (Juan).
The family will receive friends, Friday, September 12, 2025, from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m. at Peace's Chapel Baptist Church. All other times they will be at the home.
