Michael W. Radford

Michael "Mike" Wayne Radford – 59, of Henderson, NC, died Saturday, October 2, 2021, at his home.

Born in Vance County, he was the son of Ann Overton Radford Marshall and the late Lonnie Winston Radford Sr.

Michael was of the Baptist faith and a Real Estate Appraiser by trade.

The family will hold a Celebration of Life gathering on Wednesday, October 6, 2021, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., at the home of Nancy Radford.

In addition to his mother, survivors include one sister, Gaye Radford Cawley (Frank); three nephews, Jeremy Radford (Anna), Jason Radford (Rachel) and Ryan Cawley; three great nieces, Mialani, Shelly and Maes; a sister-in-law, Nancy Radford; and his two beloved dogs, Billy and Bully. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by one brother, Lonnie Radford Jr.; and his stepfather, James Marshall.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Rebuilding Hope, 414 Raleigh Rd., Henderson, NC 27536.

Due to COVID-19 concerns, those planning to attend the service, are asked to adhere to all CDC guidelines by wearing a face covering of some sort, and to practice social distancing.
