Nancy L. Williams

Nancy Lassiter Williams, 81, of Henderson, NC passed away on Saturday, August 26, 2023, at Duke University Hospital in Durham.

Born In Warren County, she was the daughter of the late Nathanial Roosevelt Lassiter and Sarah Gupton Lassiter.  She was the widow of James Lee Williams.

She attended the South Henderson Pentecostal Holiness Church,

Surviving are one daughter, Rose H. Tart (Milton) and one son, William R. "Billy" Hock; one sister, Sarah L. Cogbill; seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; and a close friend and "Special Companion and Caregiver", Carl Lee.  Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Rhonda H. Cleaton and three brothers, Nathaniel "Sonny" Lassiter, William "Bill" Lassiter and Malcolm "Mack" Lassiter.
