Pamela Jean Taylor was born in Newport, Rhode Island in 1969, then later relocated to North Carolina where she lived a family-oriented life, cherished as a mother, daughter, sister, friend, and especially as a grandmother ("Nannie"). Her passions included spending time with family, going for rides, and visiting thrift sales. She passed away peacefully on September 9, 2025, surrounded by loved ones. Pamela lived a life filled with love, kindness, and dedication. She was and always will be a fighter. Pamela touched the lives of many through being her true self, so sweet and genuine.

Pamela is survived by Children Ryan Taylor (37 of Henderson NC) , Travis Taylor (33 of Creedmoor NC). Mother Carol McDorman (76 of Mesa, Arizona). Siblings : Sandy Link (55), Christopher Taylor (53), Mike Taylor (50), all of Mesa, Arizona. Grandchildren: Tripp Taylor (13) , Summer Taylor (12), both of Henderson NC. Sophia Taylor (4) , Shilah Taylor (3) , Kayden Williams (9), Adrian Williams (8), all of Creedmoor NC. Pamela will be remembered for her infectious laugh, unwavering support, and commitment to family and surrounding loved ones. She truly will be missed in so many ways.

A celebration of life will be held at Unity Baptist Church on Sunday October 5, 2025 at 2:00 p.m.. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Travis Taylor and Family.

Pamela will forever remain in our hearts, her light shining through the memories we cherish. Until we meet again in Heaven. She is now at peace in the arms of Jesus. We will miss you dearly mama and nannie.
