Patricia Rose Henley Goss, 74, of Creedmoor passed away Sunday, November 6, 2022 at Duke University Medical Center.

Patricia was born in Granville County on June 16, 1948 to the late Foster Fleming Henley and Rosa Ball Henley.

She retired from Food and Nutrition Services at Central Regional Hospital after many years of service. She loved her patients and bonded well with them. Patricia had a passion for plants, flowers, cooking and baking. She enjoyed sharing her cooking with her friends, family and neighbors. According to her husband, she made the best soup and fried chicken.

A memorial service will be held at The Thompson Memorial Building 408 Grey St. Creedmoor, NC 27522 on November 27th, 2022 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m.

Survivors include, her husband, William "Wayne" Goss; four daughters, Joyce McFalls (Scottie), Crystal Goss (Joshua Fritz), Shelia Jeffries (Steven) and Tammy Goss (Mike); one son, Timothy Goss (Mitzi); ten grandchildren, Jonathan Jeffries, Shannon Adcock, Brandon Williamson, Colton Lyon, Dylan McFalls, Destiny McFalls, Lauren Jeffries, Tyler Goss, Trevor Goss and Cameron Fritz; seven great-grandchildren and three sisters, Judy Boyd, Suzy Preddy and Mildred "Mick" Williamson. Other than her parents, she was proceeded inn death by three brothers, Herbert, Ed and Willie and two sisters, Barbara and Marie.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Granville County Animal Shelter, 515 New Commerce Dr., Oxford, NC 27565.
