Phyllis Vaughan Mullins, 71, of Benson, N.C. and formerly of Henderson, N.C. died Monday, December 9, 2025, in Fayetteville, N.C.

Born in New Mexico, she was the daughter of Margaret Nobles Vaughan and the late Alvin Titus Vaughan.

She enjoyed playing softball, horseshoes, and loved going to White Lake with her family.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, December 12, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Sunset Gardens, conducted by the Rev. Johnny Yount.

Surviving, in addition to her mother, is her husband of fifty-three years, Jerry Donald Mullins; two sons, Chris Mullins and Scott Mullins; two grandchildren, Ronnie Mullins and Sopha Mullins; and one sister, Donna Salmi (George).

The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the cemetery.
