Richard Lee Bass 60, of Oxford, NC passed away on Saturday, September 16, 2023, at Granville Health System.
Born in Granville County, he was the son of the late Merlin E. Bass and Kathrine Ann Dennis Bass.
He was of the Baptist faith.
The family will hold a memorial service at a later date.
Survivors include two sisters, Betty Hodges (Mike) and Carolyn Bass (Danny Everette); two nieces, Angela Sizemore and Stacey Hicks (Phillip); one nephew, Jeremy Bass; two great nephews, Caleb Ivey and Christopher Edwards; one great-great nephew, Elias Ivey; and his significant other, Teresa Elliott.
