Richard W. Rivers
Richard Wayne "Richie" Rivers, 44, of Henderson, NC died Friday, May 27, 2022 at Maria Parham Health.
Born in Vance County, he was the son of Beverly Wayne Rivers and Jacqueline Townsend Rivers.
Richie was formerly employed with Tire's Plus in Oxford.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, June 2, 2022 at 2:00 p.m., at Sossamon Funeral Home Chapel, conducted by Pastor Will Breedlove.
Surviving in addition to his parents are an aunt, Dottie Miller (Ray) and an uncle Darrell Townsend (Sherry).
The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the funeral home.
