Robert Bruce Daniel 36, of Oxford, NC passed away Monday, November 18, 2024, at his home.
Born in Granville County, he was the son of Rita Honeycutt Daniel and the late Bruce McMillan Daniel.
Robert was a true outdoorsman, he loved being on the lake with friends or riding four-wheelers and other ATV's. He was a true friend to many that would do anything for those he loved, this includes all of the animals that he rescued through the years. He will be missed by many.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, November 23, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at Delrayno Baptist Church. Conducted by Rev. Joe Don Cooper. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m.
Survivors include his mother, Rita "Meme" Daniel; one brother, Adam West (Kristin); one niece, Savannah West; two nephews, Drew West and Colton West; two aunts, Rachel Drake and Marion Phillips; three uncles, Paul Honeycutt, Bill Daniel and Sammy Daniel; his beloved dog Bella; and numerous cousins and extended family. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Dr. Sam and Ruth Daniel; his maternal grandparents, Melvin and Rebecca Honeycutt; and one uncle, John Honeycutt.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Delrayno Baptist Church.
