Russell Dwayne Riley, 56, of Oxford passed away Thursday, November 7, 2024, at his home.
Born in Granville County on May 25, 1968, he was the son of Barbara Ann Elliott Riley and the late Ray Melvin Riley.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 13, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. at the Sossamon Funeral Home Chapel of Oxford. Interment will follow at South Granville Memorial Gardens in Stem.
Survivors include his mother, Barbara Elliott Riley of Oxford; one sister, Tuesday Oliver (John) of Oxford; two brothers, Tim Riley and David Riley both of Oxford; one sister-in-law, Rhonda Riley and two nephews, Justin Ray Oliver and John Adam Oliver. Other than his father, he was preceded in death by one sister, Monica Ann Riley and one brother, Johnny Ray Riley.
The family will receive friends at Sossamon Funeral Home of Oxford one hour prior to the service.
