S. Wade Moss
Stephen Wade Moss, 66, of Henderson, NC died Monday, December 31, 2018 at a local nursing home.
Born in Vance County, he was the son of the late Wade Hampton and Susie Greenway Moss.
Mr. Moss was a retired Accounting Manager with Universal Leaf Tobacco Company. He was a member of First United Methodist Church, and Henderson Lions Club, and was a former member of the Henderson Jaycees.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 5, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at First United Methodist Church, conducted by Rev. Bobby Fletcher.
Surviving are his wife, Carolyn Parham Moss, a son, Kevin Wade Moss (Sarah), a daughter in-law, Michelle Moss; four grandchildren, Alex Moss, Ava Grace Moss, Arlie Moss, and Brenner Moss. He was preceded in death by a son, Stephen Keith Moss.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church 114 Church Street, Henderson, NC 27536.
