Sandra L Aycock

Sandra L Aycock – 65 of Henderson, NC passed away Friday, November 3, 2023, at her home surrounded by her family.

Born in Atlanta, GA, she was the daughter of the late Dorothy Louise Spiva.

She was a member of Women In Construction and she attended Sulphur Springs Baptist Church.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, November 11, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Sulphur Springs Baptist Church, Warrenton, NC. Service to be conducted by the Rev. Frank Sossamon. Interment will follow across the street in the Aycock Family Cemetery.

Survivors include her husband of twenty-five years, Steve Aycock; three sons, Craig Griffin (Amy), Cody Schultz (Bridget Wilgus) and Devin Hitchcock; four grandchildren, Abby Griffin, Milo Schultz, Kai Choi-Cummins and Laci Hutson; two sisters, Connie Payton (Richard) and Gina McCallie (Eugene); two brothers, David Phillips and Danny Phillips; and many nieces, nephews and extended family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Patricia "Pat" Mann.

The family will receive friends at the church on Saturday one hour prior to the service from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
