Sarah Beal Cutts, 84, of Oxford passed away Thursday, October 12, 2023, at Brantwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Born in Granvile County she was the daughter of the late William Beal and Becky Beal.

Survivors include one daughter, Brenda Ayscue; two sons, Larry Dement and Richard Dement; five grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, Lonnie Ozeal Dement; her second husband, James Thomas Cutts; one daughter, Peggy Joyner; three sisters, Lizzie Grissom, Bessie Hall and Mabel Baines and one brother Charlie Beal.
