Sheila M Barlow

Sheila Moore Barlow 66, of Stem, NC passed away Sunday, February 18, 2024, at her home surrounded by her family.

Born in Scioto County, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late George Moore and Marilyn Smith Moore.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 24, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at Sossamon Funeral Home Chapel in Oxford. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m.

Survivors include her husband of forty-one years, Kenneth Lynn Barlow; two daughters, Krystal Lynne Barlow (Chad) and Sadie Marie Barlow-Keith (John); one sister, Melodie Ann Moore; mother-in-law, Auleen M Barlow; one sister-in-law, Donna L Barlow; and several nieces, nephews and extended family members. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Tony Moore and David Moore; and her father-in-law, Donald "PaPa" Barlow.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Duke Cancer Center, giving-dukehealth.org, with special attention to Dr. Grace Kim and Dr. Jennifer Garst.
