Shelia Dianne Boyd Tubb, 68, of Stem, passed away Wednesday, May 17, 2023, at her home.

Born in Granville County on July 15, 1954, she was the daughter of the late James Bradsher Boyd and Wilma Jones Boyd. She was a member of Concord Baptist Church in Creedmoor.

Memorial services will be held Wednesday, May 24, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at Sossamon Funeral Home of Creedmoor officiated by Reverend Johnny Yount.

Survivors include her husband, James Tubb; two sons, David Gerald Walker (Trina) and Steven Lynn Walker (Dabney); three grandchildren, Timothy Walker, Rebecca Walker and Michael Paul Dzurovcin ; one sister, Sandi Carr (Dave) and two brothers, Harold Boyd (Susan) and Danny Boyd.

Mom certainly would not want this to be goodbye or for us to be sad. She would want us to look forward to the time when she is with us again and remember how much she loved each of us.
