Shelly Rae Null, 54, of Henderson, NC passed away Monday, January 13, 2025 at Maria Parham Health.
Born in Vance County, she was the daughter of Marilyn Woolum Reeves and the late Stanley Ray Null.
Shelly was a member of Freedom Life Church where she served as a door greeter and a Sunday school teacher. She was also a member of the church's choir and discipleship class.
Surviving are her mother, two sisters, Denise Shearer and Crystal Terry; one brother, James Hibbard (Jackie); two nieces, Karenza Shearer and Carrisa Younger (Isaiah); one nephew, Quentin Terry; two great-nephews, Jerimiyah Younger and Nehemiah Younger; her best friend Jennifer Taylor; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends. Alongside her father, she was preceded in death by one brother Gary Hibbard, and a great-niece, Alaiya Younger.
A funeral service will be held Friday, January 17, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at Freedom Life Church conducted by the Rev. Jeff Prewer.
The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service at the church from 1-2:00 p.m.
