Sidney S. Stevenson III

Sidney "Sid" Stevenson III, 70, of Henderson, passed away on Monday, November 21, 2022 at Universal Healthcare in Oxford.

Born in Vance County, he was the son of the late Sonny S. Stevenson and Katie "Kitty" Martin.

Sid had always been musically gifted and was an accomplished song writer. He could play any instrument and enjoyed doing so. He had a knack for being able to fix anything around the house that was broken and if you knew him, that's exactly what he did. Sid was a lover of all animals, especially his dogs.

He is survived by his longtime girlfriend and the love of his life, Sarah Saunders Stanley; as well as many other extended family members.

At Sid's request, no services will be held at this time.
