Steven W. Hunt

Steven Wade Hunt, 48, of Henderson, NC, passed away Thursday, July 9, 2026, at his home.

Born in Vance County, he was the son of Donna Frances Stegall Hunt and the late John Henry Hunt Jr.

A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.

In addition to his mother, survivors include five children, Eric Hunt (Skylar), Nicholas Hunt, Isabella Hunt, Carter Aycock and Dawson Hunt; five grandchildren; two sisters, Diane Livengood (Ronald) and Angie Blackwell (Mike); one brother, Kenneth Hunt (Marianne); as well as many nieces, nephew and other extended family members.
