Teresa Ann Boone West, 64, of Henderson, NC, passed away on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at her home.

Born in Vance County, she was the daughter of the late Robert Henry Boone and Lilly Mae Ayscue Boone.

She attended South Henderson Pentecostal Holiness Church.

Surviving are her long-time significant other, Joseph Cowley; four daughters, Lesley Ellis(Michael), Lisa Clopton (Buck), Jamie Clopton (Marcha), and Ashley Ayers (Darrell); one son, Jeffrey Clopton; eleven grandchildren, Colten West, Tori West, Ashten Bartley, Chasity Dominguez, Jessica Dominguez, Victoria Dominguez, Jordan Clopton, Maci Robles, Chloe Ayers, Jayden Ayers, and Emma Ayers; seven great-grandchildren; and one brother, Robert Boone (Kathy).

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2026 at 11:00 p.m. at Sossamon Funeral Home in Henderson, conducted by Rev. Allen Ayscue. Interment will immediately follow the service at the Clopton Family Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Friday, May 15, 2026 from 4-6:00 p.m. at Sossamon Funeral Home, and for all other times will be at the home of Jamie Clopton.

Serving as pallbearers will be Curtis Lawless, Colton West, Ashten Bartley, Jordan Clopton, Chris Boone, and Michael Ellis.
