Thomas Lee Weaver, 94, of Stem, NC, passed away Thursday, August 20, 2026, at Hock Family Pavilion.

Born in Granville County, he was the son of the late Joe Moe Weaver and Mattie Blanche Roberts Weaver.

Thomas was a Real Estate Agent by trade and owned his own agency in Durham for over thirty years. In his spare time, he had many activities that he enjoyed such as playing cards with friends, farming and traveled with Holiday Tours over one hundred and twenty-five times throughout the years. He was a charter member of the Moose Lodge in Durham, an active member of the Elks Lodge and served in the Army Reserves for six years.

A funeral service will be held Friday, August 21, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Sossamon Funeral Home in Creedmoor. Conducted by Rev. Johnny Yount. Interment will follow at Carolina Memorial Gardens.

Survivors include his wife, Patricia Wright Weaver; two daughters, Deborah Jean Weaver Jaber (Tony) and Cindy Gail Weaver Davis (David); two grandchildren, Clatie Jaber and Andrew Jaber (Haley); and two great grandchildren, Hannah Jaber and Mackenzie Jaber. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Tommy Weaver Jr., one daughter-in-law, Patricia Spencer Weaver; and four siblings, Mary Jane Sherian, Joe “Jr” Weaver, “Pat” Weaver Patrick and Pauline Cheaves.
