Tim J Grossfeld

Tim Jeffrey Grossfeld 57, of Bullock, NC passed away Thursday, July 25, 2024, at Duke University Hospital.

Born in Omaha, Nebraska, he was the son of Robert Grossfeld and Margaret Sodwith Grossfeld.

He was a long-time employee at Maria Parham Health and proudly served in the United States Navy. Tim also was a member of the Bullock Volunteer Fire Department Station 15.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday, August 6, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. in the Sossamon Funeral Home Chapel in Henderson. Conducted by the Rev. Frank Sossamon.

In addition to his parents, survivors include his wife, Tracey Shelenberger Grossfeld; one daughter, Sierrah Grossfeld; two sons, Ryan Grossfeld and Adrien Grossfeld; one sister, Rebecca Grossfeld; one brother, Daniel Grossfeld; mother in law, Carol Shelenberger; two sister in laws, Lisa Shelenberger and Sharon Hawkins (Kerry); as well as several nieces, nephews and other extended family members. He was preceded in death by his father-in-law, James "Jim" Shelenberger.

Flowers will be accepted, or contributions may be made directly to the family for future financial needs.
