Wanda C Brogden

Wanda Clements Brogden 77, of Stem, NC passed away Friday, August 11, 2023, at her home surrounded by her family.

Born in Durham County, she was the daughter of the late Wyatt Clements and Zetha Lucille Ellis.

Wanda was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church.

A funeral service will be held Monday, August 14, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. in the Sossamon Funeral Home of Creedmoor Chapel. Conducted by Pastor Rick Finley. Interment will follow in Creedmoor Cemetery.

Survivors include her husband of fifty-seven years, William Louis Brogden; two sons, Mike Brogden (Angel) and Scott Brogden; eight grandchildren, Austin Scott Brogden (Caitlin), Mallory Faith Kelley (Ryan), Dallas Brogden, Gracelyn Brogden, Brooklyn Brogden, Lincoln Brogden, Walker Brogden and Evelyn Brogden; one great grandson; Maverick Brogden; one sister, Ann Clements McKenna; one brother Phillip Clements; one niece, Lisa McFarland; and one son in law, Bill Peyton. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Shannon B. Peyton.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, August 13, 2023, at Sossamon Funeral Home of Creedmoor from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. At other times they will be at the home.

Pallbearers will be Austin Brogden, Dallas Brogden, Bill Peyton, Josh Peyton, Steve Thompson and Joseph Clayton.
